Jay Ariaz is a recent resident to Buffalo, NY. Ariaz artwork explores 'place' and how the human condition marks its specific native spaces. Recent exhibitions include New Work at The Dolphin Gallery in Kansas City, MO; Here and Now at DUMBO General Store in Brooklyn, NY; and the River Market Regional Exhibition at The Kansas City Artists Coalition in Kansas City, MO., juried by Debra Singer, the Associate curator at the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York.
