Resolution of the CAS Policy Committee on CAS Dean Search

The Policy Committee of the College of Arts and Sciences strongly endorses the principle that the search for a new CAS Dean be open to both inside and outside candidates. The operating criterion should be qualifications rather than present employment venue.
